Points To Note
All table décor package bookings have to be made at least 4 weeks prior to the event date. A rush fee applies for all bookings placed less than 4 weeks from the event date as follows:
< Less than 4 weeks: 10% of the booking total
< Less than 3 weeks: 20% of the booking total
< Less than 2 weeks: 30% of the booking total
We are unable to accept last minute bookings online. Our booking system automatically blocks out party dates less than 1 month away. For last minute bookings, please drop us an email at email@example.com with the subject title, “Urgent Party Booking”.
Period of Hire
Each booking is for a maximum period of 3 hours, based on the following time slots:
12:00PM – 3:00PM (Suitable for events with lunch catered)
3:00PM – 6:00PM (Suitable for events with afternoon tea catered)
6:00PM – 9:00PM (Suitable for events with dinner catered)
Should you prefer a timing that is not within the range given, do communicate it to us and we will try our best to accommodate to it, as long as it doesn’t clash with any of existing bookings for the day. Additional hours of hire are chargeable at $50.00 per hour and should be communicated to our staff at least 1 hour prior to the originally scheduled teardown time.
All of our desserts are to be consumed within 3 hours. We do not recommend for them to be put out any longer than the stipulated timing. We also strongly recommend for all dessert tables to be set up to be in an air-conditioned space. Sprinkie Parties and its bakery partners will not be liable in the event that desserts are put out longer than the recommended consumption period.
We work with a few bakeries for our dessert tables, some of which are Muslim-owned. Kindly indicate in your booking if you need the desserts to be from a Halal source. Should no preferences be indicated, your order will be catered from any of our existing bakeries, depending on their availability.
Setup & Teardown
Setup will be done 1.5 hours before the start of your time slot whilst teardown takes 15 minutes and will be carried out at the end of your time slot. Kindly ensure that your venue is accessible during these timings.
All of the listed package prices and components are fixed and strictly non-negotiable. The prices quoted above are based on styling in a Sprinkie’s theme based on the list of themes that we have to offer here.
We do not accept requests for custom themes (Special themes that are not within the range we offer) online. For custom theme requests, please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Kindly note that a customisation fee on top of the package price would apply for custom themes.
Refundable Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of $150.00 will be collected in cash on the event date when setup is completed and will be returned to you during teardown once we’ve confirmed that all hire items are returned without any loss or damages.
Surcharges (If Applicable)
Please take note of the following surcharges that may apply to your booking:
A $50.00 surcharge applies for setups required in an outdoor space including MPH & void decks.
A $30.00 surcharge applies for setups in offshore areas such as Sentosa, Jurong Island and Marina Bay Sands. This will be used to cover the various entry and parking fees incurred during setup and teardown.
Venues without Lift Access
All setups are to be done on ground floor or levels with lift access. Kindly recce your venue and declare this information to us before hand to avoid any delays to your setup. A $50.00 surcharge applies for setups required in venues without proper lift access.
A $50.00 surcharge applies for all setups that fall on a Singapore listed Public Holiday. Please refer to here for a calendar of Singapore Public Holidays.
Early Setup / Teardown
A $50.00 surcharge applies for any setup or teardown required before 10:00AM or after 10:00PM.
