By placing your booking, the Customer agrees to the following Terms & Conditions of Hire.

Collection of Hire Items

1) Upon collection of the hire items, you are required to inspect the items that you have been handed over to you and acknowledge the condition and the quantity of items of loan by signing our Hire Agreement.

2) The Hire Agreement also contains the retail value of all hire items, which you hereby acknowledge by signing  it. A copy of the Hire Agreement will be given to you for your own reference.

3) Responsibility for all hire items remains with the Customer during the hire period from the time of collection or delivery to the time of return. Items are not to be left at unattended premises.

Collection Address

All items are to be picked up at one of our pick-up points in Pasir Ris. Upon confirmation of your booking, we will proceed to furnish you with the specific collection address via the email address that you have provided us with during checkout.

Security Deposit

1) A refundable security deposit of $150.00 cash per order is required upon collection of your hire items. This amount will be refunded to you upon return of all hire items undamaged and in the same state as when handover was done.

2) This security deposit will be forfeited should any of the hire items come back damaged and not in its initial condition.

Return of Hire Items

1) All hire items are the be returned within 24 hours of hire to the following address:

2) Hire items that are not returned by the agreed date and time, will incur a charge, calculated at the standard hire rates.

Lost & Damages

1) Should an item become lost or damaged, you will be liable for reimbursing us for the full cost of replacement, which is based on the current retail value of the said time following the rates that are presented in our Hire Agreement.

2) Please let us know immediately regarding any loss of items or damages. Your security deposit will be used to offset the replacement costs of the lost or damaged item(s).

3) Should the replacement value exceed the security deposit, you will be charged the additional costs which are payable within 5 working days from the hire date.

4) Sprinkie Parties accepts no responsibility for any injury caused to any person, or damage caused to any property of the Customer resulting from the hire of our items.
